TASTING MENUS

We recommend the tasting menus that Hrefna Sætran and the Fish Market Team have put together for their guests. Instead of serving the plates individually, the dishes have been designed so that they can be shared. They are served several times together, one after the other during the meal. You can choose between the classic 6-course tasting menu or the 7-course premium tasting menu.

FROM THE ROBATA GRILL

We prepare all of our grilled dishes on our Robata grill with Binchotan charcoals as a direct heat source, being able to heat up to 1400°C. This means any raw material we work with closes quickly, withholding all juices, making everything so juicy at the Fishmarket!
